I’m a community architect, storyteller, and experience designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and events as a growth channel.
Since 2016, I’ve been obsessed with the emotional landscape of founders. How they think, what drives them, and what they need to feel supported while building big things. Through Radiche, I’ve interviewed over 150+ entrepreneurs, hosted founder salons, led thought-leadership panels, and designed brand moments that spark connection, build trust, and turn into long-term loyalty.
My background spans venture capital, wellness, e-commerce, and brand strategy. I’ve been a two-time founder, Head of Platform at a VC fund, angel investor, Techstars mentor, and executive coach. I’m also clinically trained in IMAGO relationship theory and ICF-certified, which gives me a unique lens into the psychology of belonging and how to turn group dynamics into business outcomes.
I build experiences that feel like magic but are rooted in strategy. I think about how the room feels, what conversations are sparked, how relationships are built, and what happens after the event is over.
